Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection

I was on antibiotics for 3 weeks for strep, sinus infection and ear infection. about a week after the antibiotics are gone, I am getting a little pain in my left ear (same ear that had infection) and ALOT of clogging. Its not soo bad in the sense of pain, but the clogged ear is horrible!! I can barely hear the tv. this usually happens more at night and after smokng. Helpme please. Idk if its a draining problem, if my infection is back and I need more antibiotics, or if my ear is clogged from using Q-Tips. Thank you for your time and all your help in advance! -jim

Well come to the HCM
Ear pain (Otalgia) may not be due to infection but this could be due to impaction of wax and this could impaire the hearing to some extend, in my opinion better to see the ENT surgeon, this may need ear cleaning and removal of wax, hope this information helps take care.
