Hello I am sorry to hear about your condition but don t worry because most probably it is due to the surgery which will get better in few days. As you explained that the glands of neck (which might actually be the lymph nodes) are swollen on same side, they could be due to inflammatory reaction from the surgery. Other possibilities can be superimposed throat infections. You might have taken the antibiotics after the surgery, so pls tell regarding you medication history too so that we can consider if any change is needed in antibiotic coverage. And for inflammation of your lymph nodes and ear ache you can take some anti-inflammatory drugs like Tab.
