Suggest Treatment For 'dysfunction Of LV And RWMA With Mild MR' On Echo

2D echo doppler showed mild dilation and dysfunction of LV and RWMA with mild MR and TR, How can this disease of mine be treated? Hope there is no CAD in this case. The rest aorta, pericardium, atrium, ventricles, etc. were all normal. I am asymptomatic since 10 years. But his echo results makes me concerned

Mild MR and TR are not dangerous and abnormal findings and don't need any treatment.
Regarding to mild dilation and dysfunction of LV and RWMA you will need further investigations to find out the cause. Treatment will depend on cause.

mild MR AND TR IS NOT A MAJOR PROBLEM and for regional wall motion abnomality you should do coronary angiography to know status of coronary arteries and then according to that status u should consider medical treatment or surgical treatment k
