Hi, I have been facing sneezing due to dust infection daily since 3 to 4 months. I m a working woman and had to travel twice daily from home to office. Please suggest me how can I get rid of this problem. I have been taking levocetrizine as prescribed by a doctor friend . Also cover nose n mouth while traveling. Plz help.
I went through your history and would like to make suggestions for you as follows:
1. Were I treating you, I would suggest you a combination of montelukast and levocetirizine regularly for 4-6 weeks.
2. You are already doing good by covering nose & mouth. Sometimes cloth may be less effective in preventing particles from entering nose/mouth, in that case, I usually suggest use of mask.
3. I would suggest you allergy testing which will help you identify the substances you may be allergic to and also to know the measures to avoid exposure to them.
4. I would suggest you regular nasal irrigation with normal saline which may help.
Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.
Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.
Wish you the best of the health.
Thank you & Regards.
