General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely from yeast infection or irritation. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area to decrease irritation. You can use warm water or saline instead. Using anti fungal ointments like Miconazole (daktarin) or Terbinafine (Lamisil) for local application will be helpful. These are available as over the counter. Better to check your blood sugar levels because getting yeast infection can be due to diabetes also.

Hope this may help you. Let e know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
