Suggest Treatment For Dry Skin And Fungal Infection On The Toes

Dear Dr. I am suffering g from toe nail fungus and fungi has capture five nails for that I have remove affected part of nails with hydrogen procside and use candid lotion twice a day, it is compulsory to wear shoes in my company around 9 hours also my foot become dry with dry skin for that I am using fintop. Kindly suggest and guide me how to preventing from and cure this condition as I am sufering from thyroid.

Hi,

Thyroid problem should be treated with appropriate medication. If you are having hypothyroidism than levothyroxine can be prescribed for that.

For treating fungal infection topical luliconazole like cream is prescribed. It's advisable to remove shoes whenever you get time to avoid excess moisture. Keep affected area clean and dry.
