Suggest Treatment For Dry Skin And Acne

I hv been using larocheposay effaclar consisting benzyl peroxide for acne..everythng was well and good..it cleared my skin very much..but after that my skin started becoming so dry and stretched around eyes and mouth..i even got fewminor red abrasions before..but i could stop using it due to my acne...at present i got a vescicle, turning blister,crusting and a scab is formed..i discontinued using it from 2,days..and i m not applying anythng on face..im washing my face with sebamed and just leaving like dat..shall i apply biafine emulsion or i need to go to derma doc as it may be contact dermatitis..kindly advice

Hi,

As the first line of management, you can apply Clindamycin ointment after cleaning with soap and water.

You can apply good quality moisturizer also.

If the problem persists, better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
