Eating is okay, diet diminished but acceptable by cold flu standards. I have a dry, dry mouth and am continually drinking water but can t hydrate. What should I try?

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

Dry mouth, excessive thirst and lethargy can be due to dehydration, heat stroke, viral infection etc..

So if the symptom are not getting better it is advisable to consult an Emergency room and get a proper clinical examination done so that appropriate management can be done..

Also once get you blood sugar levels checked as increase in blood sugar levels can also cause similar symptoms..

As of now you should continue drinking plenty pf water, eat small portions of nutritious and easily digestible foods every 2 hours to avoid weakness..
You should take tylenol only of there is fever or any kind of body pain otherwise not needed..
Take sufficient rest..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
