I am a new Mirena user I have been on it for two months and have had no problem except I am experiencing extremley dry lips, this is more annoying than anything, is this normal, is there anything I can do to get my lips back to normal or should i go back to my doctor and get a new iud?
HI Well come to HCM If you have a dry lips then underlying cause of this need to be found out, but this is not due to IUD, first of all start drinking more water, low hemoglobin, low grade fever, some endocrine disorder, these all need to be ruled out, till then you can managed this by drinking more water, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
