Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from acute bronchitis with pharyngitis.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking.

Avoid cool drinks and frozen water, use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Use tablet Levocetirizine.

Use tablet AmoxyClav.

Use bronchodilator, decongestant and expectorant medication under your doctor guidance.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your pulmonologist. He will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
