Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

It is unusual for a chest common cold / flu to last for 4 weeks. The associated tiredness, hot / cold feeling and body aches might suggests an ongoing chest infection. Kindly consult your doctor. After examining the chest, you may be asked for a blood routine and X-ray of chest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
