General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Take painkiller or paracetamol 500 mg few days drink hot, may do gargles with salt or betadine or steam can be helpful, turmeric, vitamin C, antioxidants, multivitamins are good. Antitussives are available for cough. Moreover, immunity is low so good sleep breathing exercises can prevent this in the future.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
