Suggest Treatment For Drooping Eyelid And Numbness In Hand

Hi, My left eyelid suddenly started drooping yesterday. It would happen for a few seconds and return to normal. This happened around 4 times. I started to have a numbness in my left hand along my pinky finger and finger next to my pinky. What could cause this? Should I go to the ER or wait to see my family dr?
