Suggest Treatment For Dripping Of Blood During Bowel Movement

Hi doctor,I m 47 years old female. I had total hysterectomy nov 2006 due on endometrial adenocarsinoma, it was grade 1-A , no chemo was done.For the past six months I have fresh blood when wiping after defacate almost daily. And sometimes drips of blood during bowel movementI had endoscopy and colonoscopy done May 12 2014,. Rubber band legation was done on two hemorrhoid, I was given daflon 500 mg two tabs twice daily for 4 days, complained to doc still blood during BM hemostan 500 a cap 3x daily 4 days, now daflon 2tabs a day, still with blood, so added faktu suppository a supp 2x for seven days, started only faktu yesterday.Do you have other suggestion doctor? Thank you.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history Of caner of uterus and no chemotherapy for the last 6 months. There is redness on wiping like blood and also blood dripping on passing stool.
2 hemorrhoids were banded.
This means that you still have hemorrhoids and need clinical examination and proctoscopy and surgery for hemorrhoids.
Also needed are changes in diet that suits you and do not cause constipation.
Get surgery done asap as loss of blood can be troublesome.
