Suggest Treatment For Dizziness Post An Unprotected Intercourse

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and he came inside me. Got my period the next day which was 2 weeks early. Been experiencing cramps, pain in my lower abdomen, and dizziness which usually doesn t happen when I m on my period. Is it possible that I m pregnant?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You said that you got your periods the next day of intercourse, so there is a feeble chance that you are pregnant. But just to be on the safe side I would advise you to get a urine pregnancy test done. It will help to rule out pregnancy. Sometimes hormonal changes can lead to cramps and dizziness.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma.amman, General & Family Physician
