Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Nausea And Vomiting

Two weeks ago I was diagnosed with liver disease. Since this past Labor Day I have been experiencing dizziness, nausea and vomiting on a daily basis. My balance is horrible and I generally feel unwell. Is it possible my symptoms are not related to my recent diagnosis and it could be an inner ear infection?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, most of the time it could be due to vestibular dysfunction and it could be because of viral infection and may be allergic condition in sever case this can be managed with "Tab Bitahistine 8 mg" three times in day, it is vertigo some time may needs investigations, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
