My daughter has been experiencing dizziness, lack of energy, and insomnia for a couple of months now. She has seen her pediatrician and was tested for anemia and low iron both both tests came back as normal. We were instructed to make sure she gets enough protein and that she is fueling her body properly (she is an athlete). In addition we were advised to make sure that an hour before bed that she have quiet time without electronic devices to help her transition into sleep mode. It was also recommended that she take a vitamin. It has been 2 weeks and we haven t noticed any improvements. Now she is also complaining about blurry vision.
