Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness, headache and bone pain which is caused by inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to viral infection , meniere's disease , benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, acoustic neuroma , sinusitis and multiple sclerosis . In some cases the infection spread through eustachian tube and cause ear infection and cause dizziness . I suggest you to consult with ENT specialist for proper checkup so that there will not be any further complication . Doctor may order certain test like CT scan , blood test , audiometry test , rotatory chair test and ECG to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe anti emetic drug , sedatives , antibiotics , decongestants ,drain sinus and some ear aid. For now avoid bending forward , take steam , drink ginger tea thrice a day and do light exercises daily like meditation and yoga .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes,
