Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Vertigo

Have pacemaker for 5yrs, barrett s disease with cancer at GI junction last yr... Cured, blocked carotid artery surgery in March, buzzing noise in left ear for 7 yrs with two ENT visits but no cure. I have pain in my lower left back every morning for last month. I am writing because now I have dizziness and vertigo for last three days with some chest discomfort. 59 yr old male. Vertigo seems to worsen when drinking fluids.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
You have all the reasons for having vertigo- the pacemaker, blocked carotid surgery.
Your vertigo gets worsened when drinking fluid and you have an additional lower left back for 1 month- may not be associated.

Vertigo and tinnitus are the two problems which really need a super-specialist's opinion.
I would advise you to consult a Neuro-otology specialist to have a proper diagnosis and treatment.
