Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Tinnitus

I have had my right ear issues since Wednesday I ve put drops in & tried popping my ear & nothing @ times i hear things i shouldn t sounds like a truck running in a distance & sounds sometime hurt my ear, when no noise around it sounds like pulsing in my ear I also get dizzy sometimes
