Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Lightheadedness

Current BP reading 167/115 with systolic readings between 157-167. Diastolic readings between 110-124. Lasting one hour and a half. Have nitrostat 0.4 mg in hand. Dizziness, lightheadedness, vision changes feeling like pupil dialation fluctuations were initial onset symptoms that alerted me to check BP. Any recommendations. I know readings predict hypertensive crisis/ hypertension stage 3.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dont be so much panic. Yes it is hyphypertension but can be controlled. But imp thing is that before suggesting ideal therapy i need to know your age, weight and diet pattern. Further continue taking drugs as your physician suggested and take low salt balanced diet with moderate exercise
