HI Doctor. From past few days i am feeling quite uneasy. I feel dizzy, want to sleep all the time, heaviness in the body, i feel tired and also there is some strange sensation in the head. Sometimes i feel this can also be related to gas problem. But am not sure. can yu please guide what this can be

hello, thanks for your query,dizziness could be due to eye( errors of refraction) cervical spine( spondylitis) ear( bppv, meniers disease, vestibular neuronitis). any fluctuations in Bp, any fluctuation in blood sugar or electrolyte disturbances.kindly evaluate with blood tests, ent examination to rule out d cause, hope I have answered ur query, all d best, take care.
