Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Ears Popping Sensation
I have what I think is a cold. I've had it for 6 days now. I just blew my nose and my ears popped. Then I got extremely dizzy for about 30 seconds. Thought I would pass out. Suddenly, my ears made a suction sound then the dizziness stopped. What is going on?

Upper respiratory tract infections ( common cold or flu) can affect the ear and connected areas eg the eustachian tube
Dysfunction or abnormal function of the eustachian tube can temporarily occur in the cold. This would cause the popping sensation and would also contribute to your dizziness.
Normally the symptoms should resolve with the infection.
