General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think the swelling in legs may be related to varicose veins or kidney issues. Having edema on legs makes fluid to remain in the limbs and this can cause low blood pressure and dizziness. Please do a biochemical blood balance and electrolytes. Remain hydrated and elevate limbs

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka
