I have a very heavy headed feeling I m dizzy and feel drugged but have taken nothing not even panadol I feel like I m going to pass out every time I move I had an acoustic neuroma removed 5 years ago it s much the same symptoms except I feel really cold and ache

Since 5 years passed from neuroma removal and symptoms are recurring, in my opinion, a reevaluation with a brain MRI to evaluate the possibility of a recidivated tumor, should be taken into consideration.
This is possible in cases of incomplete neuroma removal.
Discuss with your Neurosurgeon for these issues.
