Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Abdominal Pain And Mucus In Stool

I have had 3 episodes of dizziness in the past week. I have experienced random abdominal pain and an increased amount of mucus in my stool, sometimes no stool only mucus. A colonoscopy was performed a few years back and polyps were discovered that were benign.
