Suggest Treatment For Distorted Vision And Headache

Well in April of last year, I had my first episode with this. I was sitting at my computer and I started seeing what seemed like a kaleidoscope effect in my eye and part of my vision was gone. I could only see half of words and such. After probably 20 minutes, my vision was completely normal and I had a headache. Next episode happened in July. This time, I started with the vision stuff again, but then parts of my hand went numb and the side of my nose, mouth and tongue. I also was unable to speak properly or even send a text! Within 30 minutes, everything was back to normal, like nothing even happened. The next time it happened, I just had the visual disturbance and chugged a bunch of water and it went away pretty quick. I hadnt had this happen anymore until last night. I was walking through the store and the kaleidoscope started up. First it was like I had looked at a bright light. Then the arch gradually expanded into a half moon shape. I drove home and chugged more water and it started disappearing. I went to bed later and my pointer on my left hand went numb, legs felt funny and my face was tingly, but not numb. I slept it off and I feel fine today, except for a headache. And I am kind of panicky about it. Not sure whether to see a regular doctor, the eye doctor, get a referral for a neurologist or let it go because it seems common.
