Suggest Treatment For Dissolving Testicular Skin Along With Itching And Foul Smell

Hi Doctor, please help me. I have been suffering for 5 years. The skin around my testicles are getting dissolved and it is smelling bad and also it is itching. I have gone to many doctors, like specialists, Homeopathic doctors and took different types of medicines but to no avail. I have cried many days and even feel like ending my life by taking pills. Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your concerns about peeling of scrotal skin, foul smell and itching.
I would advise you the following:
Consult dermatologist or general surgeon.
Request for biopsy.
Get blood and urine tests done.
Pus for tests of TB as you are suffering for years.
Pus culture and sensitivity.
Surgical excision of blackened skin.
Debridement.
Liquid povidone iodine dressings twice daily.
Antibiotics as per the reports and low dose metronidazole, probiotics and multivitamins.
You will be healed.
