Suggest Treatment For Discomfort In Head Post A Head Injury

I was physically attached in March and I lost consciousness five times that night. I went to the er, they said it was a head injury and nothing more. Now in June I have debilitating headaches where I feel like someone is drilling into my skull and brain and pouring hot fluid onto my brain where their drilling. I can t get my head comfortable to go to sleep it feels fatigued somehow. I have tried several OTC pain medicines with no releif.

I would suggest a brain MRI or CT scan as the synonyms are not getting better after the trauma.
