Suggest Treatment For Discoloration On Lips

I am a African American woman and my lips have recently started to turn black. Not around the surface but on my actual lips and corner of my mouth. I always keep them miniaturized but the past few days they have been feeling real chapped, have started turning dark and have little tiny bumps. I am pregnant and in a monogamous relationship. This have never happened before. What do you think is the cause?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, fungal infection is very likely and this can be well treated with antifungal local application, in pregnancy oral medication for this is just out of question, for the local application best cream is "Miconazole" apply this at least twice in day, everything would be fine soon, take care.
I find this answer helpful
