Hi

I have gone through your query.

It sounds like you may have a ear infection or a hearing disorder. You would need to see a doctor to get an audiogram done. The audiogram would tell you which ear is affected and the exact cause for this.

Fluid from the ear may indicate a hole in the ear drum. This would need to be treated with antibiotics to remove the infection. Post this, the doctor may close the ear drum hole with a patch to prevent further infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Vignan Rachabattuni
