Suggest Treatment For Difficulty Walking In A Person With Parkinson's Disease

Good evening everybody

my mother is 63 years old , she is not in a position to walk from past 6 months and living on bed and one person support is require to make her in sitting position and she has catheter for urine output , she is diabetic, b.p. patient also and her right hand is parkinsonism affected. Her life is so pathetic , and after becoming bedridden she got another pain "anal fissure" huge pain and blood while passing stool.

Is there any medicines or which give strength to her nerves system to make her walk to atleast to toilet.
