Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Passing Stools

I have been having problems about a week now having a bowel movement. After two days I took a laxative . Nothing happened . (Friday)Next day took 2 ducalax. Had a small movement but noting much. Also did 2 soap enemas. One on Friday and one Saturday. Nothing happened and mostly water came back out. Todays is Sunday and Still nothing. I have been not stopped eating and have been drinking prune juice lots of water and I am not having a camping but feel very bloated. What is my next step

Hello, the next step would be to take polyethylene glycol and increase the dose till you pass stools.
