Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, nausea And Blood In Stools

doctor ... I have a problem with my digestion. My diarrhea and stools with mucus mixed with blood. I feel weak. and sometimes feel nauseated but not vomiting, I felt dizzy.
My lab examination results: hemoglobin = 12.0 g / dl, leucocytes = 8300, LED / h = 18, hematocrit = 36.4%, platelets 205 000
I am from the check to the doctor he said I might get colitis, and she gave me some medicine. that I fear if I was exposed to colitis, meaning there are ulcers in my intestines.
doctor, please tell what happened to me and what I should do. thanks

Hello,

You may be suffering from bacillary/amoebic dysentery which may cause mucous and blood in stools.

If it is acute problem, then take tablet Oglox Ornidazole twice a day for five days. If it is chronic problem, then consult your Gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
