Hi I ve had white seeds and red smaller seed with what looks like an eye on it, on the smaller ones there was a white stringy thing attached to it. I also found tiny small red red looking things in my poop, I m having abdominal pain and insomnia at night it also feels like something moving in my stomach and both me and my girlfriend have seen my balls move around on there own for no reason. I get headaches and have ringing in my ears occasionally I lost over 20 ib s in a couple months and put 10 back on in a couple of weeks. I get this feeling at night that somethings moving in my skin. I ve also seen white strings in my poop and have had Bm s of just mucus a couple weeks ago but haunt had any recently. Please help because the hospital diagnosed me with pain in scrotum and told me that balls move their free hanging... I know my balls I ve had them for 18 years its not normal. I think its a parasite but not sure there s other things that cause some of those symptoms but i have almost all the symptoms of parasites like itchy but plus feeling something moving in it late at night when I can t sleep. My appetite is erratic and I have a rash under my arm. My bowel movement have been diahreaha for months. It hurts when I pee and I have blood in my urine. I have gas often that smells like death. Its embarrassing to say but even right after a shower my but will smell fishy or smell just bad and I can t seem to make it go away. I have a stuffy nose all the time and will get chills and hot flashes
