Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea
Sudden bouts of diarrhea that last up to 30-45 min usually accompanied by vommiting. After the 30-45 min i feel fine, until the next time. Started out 3 episodes in one month then one every month month an a half. Not eating or drinking the same thing and they happen in different locations. I do have difficulty sleeping.

I really appreciate your concern, most of the diarrhea are self limiting and may not need any treatment but care needs to be taken for dehydration only, if the condition long last then it may be due to infection, either protozoa or bacteria, protozoa is pretty common condition and it can be managed Tab Metronidazole 400mg twice in day, abdomen discomfort can cause the sleeping difficulty, but once the symptoms gone it will be fine hope this information helps.
