Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Dizziness And Difficulty Sleeping

man (25 years) is having an allergic reaction, I think,on using a couple of different medicines, described by the hospital. very heavy diarrea, feeling dizzy after the first doses, cann t sleep. he got: doxofylline tablets, cofetol cough syrup, tylenol Azithromycin.

Hi

Azithromycin can cause diarrhoea and it can be severe in many patients.

Azithromycin should be stopped and alternative antibiotic should be taken based on the diagnosis of the patient. Diarrhoea will subside.

Adequate hydration is required.Oral rehydration solution can be used to avoid fatigue and dehydration.
