Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Stomach Cramps

I have unexplained diahhrea at times with heavy cramping, light headed was and body becomes flushed and clammy. It doesn t seem to be related to food, metformin, or other common issues. But it is very painful whe. It happens. I am exhausted after an episode. Already take omeprazole and have been diagnosed with fatty liver but seem to have that under control. Can you offer any help or suggestions?

Hello,

Symptoms diarrhea with bad abdominal cramp or colicky pain is indicative of infection, and it could be either bacterial infection or protozoa or both together, If I would be doctor of this case, then I would try to treat this case with tablet Ofloxacin with Ornidazole twice in day for five days, if the condition is as it is then it may demands the further workup else it is nothing to take anything with medicine you are taking or fatty liver disease, it is seldom such symptoms are due to some other GI pathology else it is the Protozoa or bacterial infection.
