Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Stomach Cramps

I have had stomach cramping the last 3 days and loose stools the first 2 days and today its been diarrhea. I have not been able to eat today and able to drink very little. I doesn t feel like its getting better? Is there anything I can do to feel better?

Take ORS after each loose stool to replenish water loss. Take Tab.Sporolac I'm any form (lactobacillus tablet/sachet) & also Tab.Ridotril if profuse water diarrhea.Have rice water and butter milk on diet.
