Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Headache

My seven year old son had been throwing up off and on bowels running, his eyes are yellow and he always say he not feeling well. He have headaches. I too him to the urgent care test results came back AST/SGOT 58 and ALT/SGPT 69 they say his liver is this something serious they running more tests

Here your son's sgpt and sgot value is high.normally it is up to 42.
So here chances of early hepatitis A is present.mostly it can be because of taking unhygienic food.
So here as further investigation viral markers done to rule out hepatitis.
Moreover if needed ultrasound examination done to see for obstruction and dilated canaliculi and enlarge liver.
Meanwhile avoid fried and fatty food.
Sugar cane juice helpful.
Papaiya is beneficial.
