Stool routine microscopic examination done to look for pus cells, bacteria , parasites eggs etc... You can take here empirical antibiotic therapy with ciprofloxacin 500 BD for 5 days... Probiotic tablet taken for few days... Meanwhile maintain your hydration with more water ... Heavy fatty meal and outside food avoided .... If stool shows ameba,giardia egg than metronidazole tablet given... If still within few days no improvement than USG like investigation done and stool culture also needed ...
