Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Constipation
what should I do about diarrhea and constipation. I am never normal. Go weeks at a time with one or the other but never normal. I went to a gastroenterologist. All he offered was steroid shot for my lymphocytic colitis. I did not take the shot. I am 92 yrs kid oops old not kid

You can treat your diarrhea by taking Tablet-Hifen 200 mg (if no allergy), twice in a day at the interval of 12 hours for 5 days and Tablet Vizylac-DT (if no allergy), 3 times in a day at the interval of 8 hours for 5 days and also take ORS Electral powder, 1 packet in 5 glasses of water, 2 packets daily for 5 days. You can treat your constipation by taking Tablet-Herbolex (if no allergy), 2 tablets at bed time when needed.
To control diarrhea, avoid solid diet and take maximum liquid diet. You should absolutely avoid spicy, fried and fermented food and decrease mental stress, because it can increase problems in colitis. When you feel constipation, drink 2 glasses of warm water daily at night.
