Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Constipation

I am a nontypical type 1 diabetic, I have had my gallbladder and appendix removed. I am on medication for thyroid hypothyroidism, I am in 3rd stage renal failure and now, I am having problems eating. I cut out all gluten and some symptoms subsided however, my celiac test was negative. I still have explosive water diarrhea to constipation on a daily basis with abdominal bloating and extreme pain. Some foods I have no problems but other kill me and I am not sure why. Lastly, when I eat, can t explain which foods, but I get nausea and throw up a water liquid with little food, including my nose extremely congested and running. This might take 2 -4 episode of throwing up before I feel better.

According to your complain you have problem of diarrhea and constipation problem that one long time in duration than that may be because of irritable bowel syndrome.

Irritable bowel syndrom may cause abdominal bloting problem and change consistency of stool.
According to cause start a treatment.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.
Barium abdominal x ray helpful for diagnosis.
Stool examination test is helpful to detect any infection.
