Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Abdominal Pains

Hi I ve been having diarrhoea during the night and early hours of the morning around 5 half 5 for 2 days now. I don t know what it can but I am getting abdominal pains and it really uncomfortable. The only time I am ok is when I m sat on the toilet.

I appreciate your concern for the present illness, you will be alright do not worry!
Even though some of the data is missing like your age, gender, food or drug intake, frequency of motions, however I am of the opinion that you have infection of your intestines it could be of infective origin.
Meanwhile take oral rehydration solution, tab imodium to reduce the frequency of motions then seek a doctor's consultation for proper evaluation like signs of dehydration, vital signs, clinical examination, etc.
