Hello ma'am and welcome.

You have gastritis which requires either triple therapy or quadruple therapy.

Triple therapy consists of two antibiotics amoxicillin and clarithromycin, and an antacid like omeprazole, lansoprazole, etc.

Or quadruple therapy including everything above plus Sucralfate. Speak to your doctor about initiating therapy as you will require the same at the earliest and a short regimen that is mostly less than a month should help completely rid you of your symptoms.

Best wishes.
