As per your complain diarrhea can occur due to a number of causes like food intolerance, bacterial infection or food poisoning, stomach flu caused by viruses, parasitic infestation, electrolyte imbalance, allergic reaction, side effects of medications etc.. Fever and generalized body ache and teethache seems to be due to infection only and as the infection will subside the symptoms will start improving.. I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and he can advise you investigations like Stool culture, blood tests and ultrasound to rule out the exact cause of problem and treat you accordingly.. You can be advised to take loperamide to relieve loose motions, albendazole for parasitic infection and Tinnidazole for bacterial infection.. Fluid replacement therapy by drinking plenty of fluids and oral rehydration solution can help.. Take a soft diet, eat more of fruits like banana and take cereals..
