hi i have been seeing a physical therapist for a couple of weeks for therapy on my hip. He has had me doing some weights which i have not done on my upper body. i have always taken it easy on my left side as i was in a car accident 20 years ago so I am certain it is rather weak. I have had mild pain on and off in my neck and left shoulder for years, but never severe. i am now having what feels like diaphragm spasms right below my ribcage. It is causing me to have trouble breathing and feeling like i cannot get a deep breath in . Any ideas
