Suggest Treatment For Diabetes

hello doctor,
i am mr. hitesh shah , my age is 42 years runing , i have detected diabities from last 4 years, i am starting treetment from last 2 years , my weight is now 107kg , before i started 2 years ago my weight is 118kg.
i will take last 2 years my tablet doss is as under
before brackfast 1 tablet of galvus met 50/500
before lunch 1 tablet glycomat 1 mg
before dinner 1 tablet glycomat 1 mg
before i have started tablet that time my diabites is morning 225 after lunch 340
after 2 years my morning diabites is 107 to 135 after lunch 160 to 180

should my reduce my tablet doss ?

The blood sugar levels you have mentioned almost in control.
So you need not change any thing regarding medication. continue with the same.
Do walking at least 20min. a day. That helps you more.
