Suggest Treatment For Deranged Thyroid Levels

I went for the thyroid test .The test results came as T3- 22ng/dl

T4 as
TSH as >150µIU/ml.. Right now i was using Eltroxin 50mcg from Past todays in the morning before break fast.

Please suggest solution so that thyroid level become normal and want tto reduce weight

Hello there,
Takin eltroxin regularly empty stomach is the best way to bring TSH levels to normal. Dose of eltroxin depends on your weight. Initialy there maybe changes in doses till a steady state is achieved. Check your TSH in 6 weeks after starting first dose of eltroxin.
Weight gain due to hypothyroidism is not more tha 3-4 kgs so if your weight is more than 5 kgs over target then you need to try diet changes and exercise to lose weight.
