Hello thanks for asking from Health Care Magic

You are a known case of depression and are taking Escitalopram and Mirtazapine for last 6 weeks. You are also on Microlite (OCP) and you have depression around periods. Microlite consists of Levonorgestrel and Ethylestradiol. The drug can worsen symptoms of depression as it is a hormonal pill. If other options available then as per my opinion you should discontinue taking Mircolite. Other contraception methods like Barrier methods or Implantable contraceptives can be kept in options. Your symptoms should improve and if they persist consult your psychiatrist for dose adjustments of drugs.

Thanks.
